Today was a day to remember for me. After weeks of hard work I was able to do the first “official” shoot in our studio. I really enjoyed doing what I do best in my own photo studio. You have to appreciate the little things in life, well this is my “little big” thing. Some final floor painting and our Studio Space is completly finished.
And just received a phone call from the casting agency that all the models were very pleased with the professionalism and kindness of the entire crew, happy to hear that.
As for results, not much to show yet, but here are some quick “Behind the Scenes” pics made on an iPhone. More later on!

Shoot done for Base in assignment for TBWA. Capturing the couples that were used in the TV Commercials so that they can be used as reference in print media & online.
The challenge here was to capture in one photo what was expressed during the TV commercial.

 
The Belgian Newspaper, weekend edition: De Standaard Magazine, published 22 of the pictures I made for the 2060 project. Because the magazine was an “Interior Special”, they mainly focused on the interiors. But they also mentioned the 2060 website so I hope some people will be curious to see what is going on there and discover some more great spots and places in Antwerp 2060.

There is a first time for everything, this was the first time that I photographed “Raw Meat”… It was actually quite fun. A lot of effort went into the presentation of the pieces. Photos were used on flyers & the website for the “Antwerpen Proeft” event.

A few results from the portraits taken for www.studio-legale.be, to be used on website, brochures, ..

I get a lot of requests lately from people asking if they can use/buy one of my photos for personal use or as decoration in their offices… This makes me very happy off course! In order to make this easy for you to get my images on your wall I implemented a web shop where you can order prints in various formats.

Just order a photo according to your preferences and it will be mailed or brought by courier to your front door. Or if you want, you can download the photo only and have it processed by your local print shop. I’ve tested the buying process a couple of times and it works very simple and is very secure!

For now I’ve added already some of my portfolio photos, more will be added in the next few days.

Got a text message from Laura last sunday, saying that the weather wasn’t going to get any better… and my god, she was right! So we made some quick arrangements and an hour later we were shooting in a park in the suburbs of Antwerp. We had a great afternoon in the park with enough space, quiet and time to take these lovely spring shots

Portrait of a one year old. Capturing kids of this age is quit hard, the attention span and effort to strike a pose is not something a kid likes. You only get a fraction of a second to make the right picture. That makes it even more fun if you can snap a nice portrait.
