PHOTOGRAPHY
I have been working as a photographer for nearly 20 years now. My strength lies in creating versatile within the different forms of photography and creating content in a broader context. Whether it is reportage, supplementing image banks, lifestyle portraits or a styled advertising image, I enjoy everything equally.
Working with people gives me energy: I like to motivate and inspire, prefer to work in a team and like to work with people. My greatest strength is to get the best out of everyone. And I love variety.
I am technically well-versed and in combination with a good emotional barometer I manage to translate a concept into a good visual end result. As a commercial photographer I am someone who has mastered different styles, principles and techniques. I also like to be involved early in the process to give my input both technically and possibly in terms of content. but that is not a must, “I can jump in at any given moment.”
If I have to describe my style, it is that I do not like clean perfection, but rather prefer spontaneous moments. I am someone who looks at the total picture and goes for a general look. That mainly translates into my own snapshots. you can see that especially in my travel reports or on my instagram:

VIDEO & DIRECTOR
In addition to photography, I have also been filming more and more in recent years. This is in line with what I do as a photographer: letting people play a certain scene and capturing that. I also really enjoy directing because then I can focus purely on the content. That ranges from small spots for social media to larger TV commercials.
Where I can definitely add value is combining directing with making campaign images, so you can perfectly keep the visual line between the two in honor. And it is often also more economical in terms of budget.
🎬 Commercial work
DRONE
As a licensed drone operator, I bring an aerial dimension to my work. Whether it’s cinematic flyovers, smooth tracking shots, or overhead perspectives — I integrate drone footage into both photo and video projects to elevate the story (literally and visually).
I handle light to moderately complex drone jobs myself, and enjoy combining this with on-the-ground content. For example: in certain shoots (like my speedboat series), I take care of photo, video, drone and interviews all in one go.

EVOLUTION
The future brings what the future brings.
My ambition lies mainly in continuing to do fun projects with cool people and doing and experiencing cool things. And above all, lots of variety: small or big jobs, photo, directing, “all-in-one” rock ’n roll jobs.
As long as I don’t have to wear a suit, it’s all good!
